Virtuo Club benefits are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the membership date, or once you become a member after meeting one of the two required conditions. Virtuo Club benefits can be combined with rental credits but not with other offers or promo codes.

How do I become a member of the virtuo Club?
All you need to do is complete at least 5 rentals or earn at least 1,500 points over the past 12 months. Once you’ve met these requirements, we’ll notify you by email, and you can join the Club for free through the Virtuo mobile app or our website, www.govirtuo.com. Membership is never automatic—it’s up to you to activate it.
Which reservations count toward membership, and which ones qualify you for benefits?
Only your personal or business reservations made directly with Virtuo count. The following are excluded:
- Virtuo for Business accounts
- Reservations made through a third-party platform
- Reservations paid for with a voucher
- Rentals where you are only an additional driver
Am I eligible for the benefits for young drivers?
Yes, young drivers are eligible for the Virtuo Club program.
What benefits are available to members?
For every reservation made as a member:
- -10% off the rental price
- the guaranteed car model, offered
- Free cancellation, offered
How long does membership last, and how do I renew it?
Membership lasts for 12 months. If you meet either criterion again during this period (5 rentals or 1,500 points), your membership is automatically renewed at no cost. Otherwise, it expires, but it reactivates automatically as soon as you meet either criterion again. About 2 months before your membership expires, we’ll send you an update on your activity. You can check your status at any time from your profile under “My Virtuo Club.”
Do these benefits apply to reservations I've already made?
No, Virtuo Club benefits are not retroactive. Only reservations made after you join are eligible for these benefits, and an existing reservation cannot be converted to a “Virtuo Club” reservation by modifying it. However, a reservation made as a member retains its benefits until the end of the stay, even if your membership expires in the meantime. Also, be sure to log in before searching for a vehicle; otherwise, the prices displayed will not reflect your benefits.
