Virtuo strives to accommodate a variety of needs to enhance your car rental experience.
Modifications:
You have the flexibility to alter your reservation as per your requirements. Just keep in mind to make any changes at least 24 hours before your rental starts.
All available options will be displayed on the "option" page during your booking process.
Child Safety:
We understand the importance of safety, especially when it comes to younger passengers. That's why we offer various child seats tailored to different age groups:
Car seat/Baby seat: For infants and very young toddlers.
Child seat: For toddlers and young children.
Booster seat: For older children who need a height boost to safely use the car's seat belt.
Additional Options:
Snow Chains: If you're traveling to a snowy or icy area, you can add snow chains to your booking to ensure safer driving conditions.
Availability:
Please be aware that if a specific option isn't shown during your reservation process, it might be due to unavailability for your chosen dates or pick-up location.
Some countries or locations, like the UK, might not offer the option to add certain accessories to your booking.
Always remember to review your booking details before finalizing to ensure you have everything you need for your trip!
If you modify the dates of your booking, any physical options you previously added may be removed if they are no longer available for the new dates.
It is not possible to add an accessory once the booking has begun.
