Airports with valet
Our valet service ensures you receive your Virtuo conveniently at your specified airport terminal, even if we don't have a permanent presence inside the airport.
Here's how it works:
Our valet will bring your Virtuo to the terminal you've chosen in the app shortly before your rental time.
Once the delivery is completed, the precise location of the car and the terminal will be displayed in the app.
When exiting the car park, you'll cover the fee. But don't worry! We'll reimburse parking costs incurred up to 30 minutes from your rental start time.
To claim this reimbursement, simply access your virtual key in the app and select: "Do you need a parking refund?"
