What is included in my rental
With every Virtuo rental, you receive:
• Basic insurance that covers: Third Party Liability which safeguards against damages inflicted on third parties, as well as protection from theft, fire, and other damages subject to an excess. For more detailed information, please visit https://www.govirtuo.com/uk/insurance-terms-and-conditions.
• An initial mileage allowance, which is specified at the time of your booking. For precise mileage details, refer to our T&Cs under "Appendix 5 - Mileage and Surcharge."
Please note that fuel is not included in your rental. We simply ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you started, otherwise, an administrative fee will be applied.
For electric vehicles, while charging might be complimentary in certain locations, we request that the car be returned with at least 10% battery charge.
